FUTURE PUPPY PARENTS:

I bet you are very excited! When your litter is born you will receive an email with photo and gender breakdown. We will start the picking process once the puppies turn 6 weeks. In the mean time, make sure you filled out the Puppy Prep form and start gathering the puppy necessities listed on that page.

English Teddybear Goldendoodles

Despite the nickname "Teddybear" the standard English Goldendoodle can be quite large. We estimate our F1 English Goldendoodles to be between 60-80lbs and F1B to be closer to 40-60lbs.

They are called Teddybear Goldendoodles because of their boxy, large facial structure that resembles a teddybear. They differ from American Goldendoodles in demeanor as well. English Goldendoodles tend to be more laid back and calm. Very similar to our Newfypoos in that way.

Our English Goldendoodles come in cream, apricot and cream/apricot parti.

Prize Poodles And Doodles is your premier destination for finding your perfect Goldendoodle companion! If you're ready to elevate your life with a furry friend, explore our selection of adorable Goldendoodle puppies. Here's why our Goldendoodle puppies are the ideal addition to your family:

Breed Characteristics

Our F1 goldendoodle for sale online are renowned for their delightful combination of traits inherited from both parent breeds. From the Golden Retriever side, they inherit loyalty, intelligence, and gentle nature, while the Poodle lineage brings intelligence, hypoallergenic qualities, and a range of coat textures and colors. The unique blend makes English Goldendoodles adaptable to various living situations and lifestyles, whether you have a bustling family home or live solo.

Size and Coat

Goldendoodles come in three sizes: miniature, medium, and standard. Miniature Goldendoodles weigh between 15 and 30 pounds, medium Goldendoodles range from 30 to 45 pounds, and standard Goldendoodles can weigh 45 pounds or more. Their coats can vary from straight to wavy to curly, and they come in an array of colors, including cream, apricot, red, and black. The diversity allows you to find a small or adult Goldendoodle for sale according to your lifestyle but also matches your aesthetic preferences.

Temperament

Goldendoodles are known for their gentle disposition, making them perfect companions for children and seniors alike. Their playful nature means they're always up for a game of fetch or a romp in the yard, but they're also content to snuggle up on the couch for a movie night.

Trainability

Their eagerness to please and quick learning abilities make them a joy to train. Positive reinforcement techniques work best with Goldendoodles, as they respond well to praise and rewards. With consistency and patience, you'll find that your Goldendoodle puppy quickly becomes a well-behaved member of the family. You can also explore our trained Goldendoodles for sale if you don't want to spend much time on training.

Exercise Needs

Daily walks, outside playtime, and interactive games are essential for keeping your Goldendoodle mentally and physically stimulated. They also enjoy activities like hiking, swimming, and agility training, making them the perfect companion for active individuals and families.

Grooming Requirements

Curly and wavy coats require regular brushing to prevent matting and tangling, while straight coats may need less maintenance. Consistent grooming routines, such as bathing, brushing, trimming nails, and cleaning ears, play a crucial role in ensuring your Goldendoodle maintains a healthy and attractive appearance. To uphold the well-being and aesthetics of their coat, numerous Goldendoodle caregivers choose professional grooming services every 4 to 8 weeks.

Health Considerations

Responsible breeding practices can minimize genetic health problems, so it's important to choose a reputable breeder when adopting a Goldendoodle puppy. Also regular veterinary check-ups, and preventive care, such as vaccinations and flea and tick prevention, are also necessary.

Socialization

Exposing your puppy to people, animals, and environments from a young age will prevent behavioral issues and make sure that they grow up to be friendly and outgoing companions. Puppy socialization classes, visits to dog-friendly parks, and playdates with other dogs are all excellent ways to socialize your Goldendoodle and help them develop into a well-rounded adult dog.
